Welcome to the Demtek website and thank you for being discerning enough to look for a business that operates somewhat differently to the usual larger demolition contractors.

We handle pretty much all difficult but smaller scale concrete sawing and demolition projects.

We concentrate on the smaller concrete removal jobs that larger companies are less interested in. This means that we cuts sections (walls, floors etc) out of concrete buildings rather than demolish the whole building. Our focus is on the reconversion or reconfiguration of concrete buildings. Such alterations can be either structural, or minor works such as the removal of infill panel walls, safes cool rooms, parapets etc. A more detailed list of our services is provided below.
